'And the whole earth was of one language, and one speech.' Gen. 11:01

The sons of Noah were successful, progressive and united but Satan let them think of building a tower at Babel up till heaven, and they began, so The LORD scattered them and confound their languages

N.D. The word Babel was an adjective then was used as a noun

‘Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the Lord did there confound the language of all the earth : and from thence did the Lord scatter them abroad upon the face of the earth.’ Gen.11:09

LANGUAGES
When reading this brief introduction about the Egyptian History we should put into consideration that there are 3 major tongue families related to the 3 sons of Noah Shem, Ham and Japeth.

Shematic languages are arranged under 4 groups:

1-Eastern Akkadian
2-Northern Aromatic & Aramaic
3-Western
4-Southern

Hamatic languages are arranged under 3 groups

1-North African
2- Ethiopian
3- Ancient Egyptian with its last stage the Coptic language bear a close relationship to the Shematic group than to the other two groups of Hametic Shematic or Shematic Hamatic.

The Hebrew and Arabic languages are sister tongues both written from right to left from the Shematic family, the Hebrew from the Western group and the Arabic from the Southern group.
The Coptic language is the last stage of the Pharaonic one. Following the time of Alexander the Great the Copts adopted the Greek letters except a few for their language, and accordingly the Greek letters are those of the Coptic language up till today.
The first translation of The Old Testament from Hebrew to Greek took place in Egypt.
Japhetic languages are arranged under 7 groups

1-Indo-Iranian
2-Armenian
3-Balta-Slavonic
4-Greek
5-Italic
6-Ciltic
7-Germanic or Tentonic

Referring to the above groups, the Japhetic are 7 and the sum of the other two groups of Ham & Shem is 7, this fact confirms that Japheth is the grand father of the rest of the world.

EGYPT

Egypt is the modern Latin name derived from ‘Aigyptus’, the Greek name given to the country at the time of Alexander the Great in relation to its inhabitants ‘The Copts’. The modern Arabic name is Misr, in the Hebrew version of the Scriptures specially the Pentateuch (5 books of Moses) we read ‘Misri’ . In Arabic ‘Misr’ is the name of the country, Misri = an Egyptian. Arabic and Hebrew languages are sister tongues as previously mentioned.
Misr is related to ‘Miz-raim’ son of Ham grandson of Noah, according to the Amarna tablets, an old city located S/E of Minya governorate in Upper Egypt.
N.B Upper & Lower Egypt are named according to the flow of the Nile (south to north)

CALANDERS

The Egyptian /Coptic Solar calendar was the first, as Pharaonic remains clarify this fact, for their knowledge about the solar cycle, plus that all their temples of worship and sacrifice are built on the east and tombs on the west.

N.B

1st. Pass Over was for Abraham and his family
2nd. Pass Over in Egypt (following the Egyptian calendar) was on the 14th day of Abib the 1st month of the year at the time of the Exodus for Israelites & Egyptian believers in One God
The month Abib was later changed to Nisan in the Hebrew calendar although it still remains in the Coptic one , plus that the Coptic Easter is just the following Sunday to The Passover.
3rd And last Pass Over is that of Our Lord And Saviour JESUS CHRIST for the hole world for forgiveness and everlasting life

BIBLICAL / EGYPTIAN HISTORICAL RELATION

*There where 27 Egyptian dynasties before Alexander The Great

This is also clear when analyzing their way of thinking for discovering a system of mummifying a dead body to keep in perfect condition for thousands of years awaiting resurrection, plus that their temples of sacrifice are built on the east and their tombs on the west.

‘So Moses the servant of the Lord died there in the land of Mo’ab, according to the word of the Lord.

From the Bible ‘Catalogue of Life’ we can have a little idea about why did dif. events occur as: Israel promised land to Abraham, dividing of the waters at Moses’ time, dif. difficulties that may happen to us, and how to solve them.
& Finally Who are we, Where are we & Where will we be
‘And we indeed justify, for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man
has done nothing amiss.’
‘And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.’
‘And Jesus said unto him, verily I say unto thee, To-day shalt thou be with me in paradise.’ St.Luke 23:41-43
